This seminar is not intended to teach people how to make and maintain computer systems with step by step procedure.  It is intended to provide the background knowledge that is needed for computing maintenance professionals to develop skills and techniques over time.  Nevertheless, the seminar content is tangible and not as abstract as the last sentence may suggest.  The first session includes an overview of this training course to give all people a good perspective.

System Hardware Architecture covers 6 areas: (a) Evolution of PC technologies, (b) Key components of PC, (c) PC industry perspective, (d) legal issues to address, (e) high quality assurance approach, and (f) criteria for Compucon system range.

Storage covers direct attached with and without RAID, network attached, and storage area network.  RAID is obviously a key technology here to learn.

System remote management covers in-bound when the PC is running and out-bound when the PC is dead.

Compucon has a Windows pre-installation system.  The session will reveal how this system makes the use of the PC and the maintenance of it as smooth as practically possible.
