Your Compucon system (PC, desktop, workstation and server) has a standard warranty cover of 24 months or an extended cover of 36 months depending on the purchase agreement. Thin terminal has a standard warranty of 12 months or extended period of 24 or 36 months. Compucon peripherals such as mouse and keyboard have 12 months if purchased NOT as part of a system. On-site warranty is available for systems in most main centres as an option up to 3 years.
Compucon warranty cover is for hardware material faults only and excludes software, usage and environment related faults.
First determine whether the faulty system is still under Compucon warranty. To find out, locate the warranty label which is affixed on the rear of the PC case and read the Date of Manufacture and the Warranty Period. NZ-B2 stands for 2 years return to Compucon NZ in Albany. NZ-B3 stands for 3 years.

- Description of the fault
- How you discovered the fault?
- What work did you do to or on the computer, if any, prior to the fault?
Your Compucon warranty is supported directly by Compucon New Zealand in New Zealand (the phone is in Compucon House in Albany Auckland and not off-shore) and you will speak with a skilled technician (not a computer generated voice and not a third party). You can expect the service to be effective and friendly.
