This model is based on the Intel H97 chipset. This system supports LGA 1150-pin processors (Core i3, Core i5 and Core i7 1150 socket) and up to 32GB (4 DIMM Slots) main memory. The H97 motherboard has an onboard Intel HD GPU with 2 x PCI Express x16 (1x 3.0/2.0 x16, 1x 2.0 x16 in x4 mode) slots for the provision of high-end graphics, 2 x PCI slots for other peripherals and 1x M.2 type 2260/2280 slot; HostRAID on 6 x SATA 6Gbps ports is also supported. This motherbaord comes with Asus Crystal Sound 2 which includes audio shielding, amplifier and premium Japanese-made audio capacitors for a high quality listening experience. For best performance, we recommend Dual-Channel operation ( 2 x same size ).
