Compucon HPC Workstation is a unique system model designed to host as many as four (4) double-width PCIe version 3.0 x16 accelerator cards. If one card offers 5TFLOPS SP of performance, this system would be offering up to 20TFLOPS which is virtually a new milestone of desktop computing technology. This system design emphasizes more on accelerator parallel performance than sequential computing. The standard CPU is a single socket Intel Xeon with 4 cores which are more than adequate to host most applications. The tower case can be converted to 5U as an option.
