Your Compucon system is produced on a cell basis in our Albany office (as against production line) and the process is attended to by at least 2 members of the team. Each system will be put on tests overnight after assembly and checked by a 2nd person for quality assurance on the next day before delivery. Our quality target is zero workmanship mistake so that the computer can be turned on and run immediately upon arrving in your premises. The compatibility and performance aspects would have been optimized during our system design and introduction testing phase.
If your desktop computer is ordered with Windows, we will pre-install it with the latest proven drivers.
Compucon system has a standard warranty cover of 24 months or an extended cover of 36 months depending on the purchase agreement. On-site warranty is available for systems in most main centres as an option up to 3 years.
