CAST training courses are one of the several mediums put in place for maintaining and developing the technical competency of service technicians in the Compucon Channel. CAST stands for Compucon Authorised Service Technician. Training courses are run twice a year and each course takes up one full day. To justify the time away from business, the training course ensures that all participants will become more productive as a consequence of attending the course. The course provides sufficient information on why we do something and what we do, but primarily it explains how we do it. The quality of the content has been reviewed by at least 2 highly acclaimed Compucon channel members. All files are password protected for reference by CAST members only.
