Invitation to Register
New Zealand has participated in the Pre-construction design of high
performance computing for the international SKA project since November
2013. New Zealand Alliance is the entity funded by the government to
organise our efforts. It consists of AUT, Massey University, University
of Auckland, Compucon New Zealand in Auckland; and Victoria University of Wellington, Open Parallel,
Catalyst IT, Nyriad, and REANNZ outside of Auckland. We have organised 7 public seminars so far on how New Zealand contributed to SKA. This seminar will include both Science of the Universe and Computing for Astronomy.
