Users will need to deactivate the ShadowProtect license (on the current installation) before you can activate a new installation. To do this open ShadowProtect> Help Menu> Product Activation> Deactivate. Basically this will free up the license to be moved to a new machine or to be reactivated in the event that a hard drive or operating system was replaced.
