This camera model has been tested satisfactorily by the Compucon team as in February 2011. It is the latest addition to the Compucon IP camera portfolio.
Key features of this camera:
- For Indoor use only
- Horizontal view angle is 64 degree based on f4.2mm focal length
- Colour for 7Lux or above, Black & White above 1Lux
- Cube or Square shape (see photo)
- 1.3Megapixel for max of 1280 x 1024 dot resolution
- Max of 18 frames per second on max resolution using H.264 compression
- Capable of dual streaming (MJPEG, MPEG-4, H.264) for 2 different destinations
- Power over Ethernet (POE) capable
Special features of this camera:
- Has Passive Infrared sensor for detecting of human presence or intrusion (up to 4 metres away).
- Has Digital Input for connecting to an external device such as window or door lock
- Has Digital Output for connecting to an external device such as siren or light bulb
Lack of features of this camera:
- Does not have Infrared cutoff filter or LED for low illumination conditions
- Does not have Wide Dynamic Range capability for reducing the contrast gradient of the scope of view
