P is panning, a horizontal movement or rotation of the camera head along a path of an arc of a circle (Analogy: shaking the head to say no) PTZ Control refers to the capability of a camera that can be controlled for adjusting the scope and focus of vision (area under surveillance). Software can be used to set up the camera scope and focus of vision in periods of time. Not all cameras have PTZ control. |
