Senior Consultant in the e-Learning Unit at the Ministry of Education. He has responsibility for the ICT Helpdesk for Schools, software deals such as the Microsoft Schools Agreement and other initiatives such as the rollout of broadband to rural schools. Prior to joining the Ministry in November 2001 Douglas was Head of Geography and Outdoor Education at Hagley Community College in Christchurch.
