This server is part of the Compucon Platinum DXB server family for enterprise level high computational uses. It features Harpertown Dual Quad-Core Xeon and Blackford chipset technology. The form factor is 19” 2U. This server can take up to 32GB of Fully Buffered memory and 8 hot swappable SAS/SATA hard disks. Unlike most 1U and 2U systems on the market, this server is highly engineered and will deliver a higher degree of reliability than most. Besides, it has Redundant PSU that promises to boost its availability further. Add a SAS RAID card to obtain hardware RAID. It is IPMI 2.0 compliant and an option for an IPMI board is provided. Add hard disks, RAID card and IPMI card to complete the full system configuration. There are 3 each of PCI-X and PCI-Express low profile slots for expansion. The case front panel is black in colour. Standard delivery lead time is 2 to 3 weeks.
